The 2014, founder's day celebrations was attended by Ms.Ashalatha rajah and Rajesh Rajah, and as well as our note worthy donor Mrs. Chithra Talwar, Mrs. Tara, and Ms. Dipa Srinivasan. The presence of these people lent a special tinge to the function and they were rather appreciative of the Dance and drama provided by the talented students. It has been decided that the compound wall and other structural repairs meant for the kitchen, staff rooms should be attended to as soon as possible, and corporate donations are being sought for the same. After consultations with the local people consisting of certain ward members and parents, the accent is on introducing higher secondary in the medium of Tamil itself, as it is felt that this alone will provide stability and consistency on one hand and recover student strength on the other. Efforts are underway to register The H.D.Rajah Educational Trust with the FCRA, for the sake of obtaining larger amounts of donations from foreign countries.
