The School is governed by the H.D.Rajah Educational Trust and Trustees, besides the School Committee. The Present Trustees are:
HariKumar Rajah Managing Trustee Hari kumar Rajah is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Anna University. He was an entrepreneur having run an engineering firm for 18 years manufacturing automobile components. He had later diversified into real estate business and the Managing partner of 'Vanprops' which deals with all categories of properties. An active sportsman, he is a keen golfer and a tennis player (having represented and captained the college tennis team) He is presently the Managing Trustee of the H.D.Rajah Educational Trust which runs the Lakshmi Harihara High School at Elathur in Sengottai Taluk.
Swarna Rajah Trustee Swarna Rajah w/o The Managing Trustee Mr. Hari Kumar Rajah, is an active Trustee of the H. D. R Educational Trust. She is a BA degree holder with more than 20 years of experience in the family business of Real Estate Development. She supports the Trust in all its activities.	Dharmarajah Trustee Grandson of the founder Shri . H. D. Rajah , Dharmarajah is an active Trustee of H. D. R educational trust. He is a post graduate in commerce & an MBA from Great Lakes University. He has been employed overseas in Deloitte as a senior manager (SAP) for the last 10 years in USA & Australia. Presently he has launched his own line of business in the name of www.mast.io which is a Realestate related business. He is an accomplished golfer having won several prizes in India and abroad.
